POLICIES
By registering for a class, students acknowledge that they agree to the school policies as stated on the AF website.
Payment and refund
Payment for the entire session must be made by credit card (exceptionally, checks may be considered) on or before the first day of class. Early registration with payment is strongly recommended, as space is limited.
Memberships are non-refundable. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of purchase.
Refunds for group classes may be considered. No refunds will be issued after the first week of class; however, a credit may be granted. Missed classes do not qualify for credit. Students are encouraged to contact our administration to explore options for making up missed course material or assignments.
Private classes, class packages (6-hour, 10-hour), and recurrent workshops operate on a credit basis. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain the credit.
Missed events do not qualify for credit, as each event follows a unique format. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.
All credits are valid for 12 months, are non-transferable, and must be used within the same category of purchase. Any unused credits will be forfeited.
All cancellation requests must be sent to events@aforange.org. All approved refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee to cover website transaction costs.
Low Enrollment policy
We reserve the right to cancel a group class due to low enrollment. A minimum of 3 students is needed to open a group class. Private tutoring and co-tutoring options are available for classes of less than 3 students per group.
Disruptive student policy
AF de la Riviera Californienne reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior is inappropriate or disruptive to the learning environment and to other students. If AF de la Riviera Californienne receives such a complaint from a teacher and/or fellow students about a student, a meeting will be called with that student to notify him or her of the complaint and to request a change if and when warranted. If after that warning, the student continues to be disruptive, the student will be dismissed, and, when appropriate, AF de la Riviera Californienne will issue a pro-rated refund for any classes not yet taken.

Use of cellular phones is not permitted in classrooms.
