Have you ever felt like Odysseus, navigating between worlds—leaving one place behind while searching for home?

France has long been a land of arrival, departure, and reinvention. From the seafarers of Marseille to today’s multicultural Paris, stories of wandering and belonging echo through its history. Whether you think of Odysseus’s 10-year voyage, the French explorers who crossed oceans, or the countless people who have migrated to and from France, the themes remain the same: courage to leave, challenges of the unknown, and the deep human need to find—or create—home.

In this interactive workshop, we will connect Odysseus’s legendary journey to the French experience of travel, exile, and belonging. Together we’ll reflect on how France, with its myths, migrations, and cultural crossroads, embodies the timeless odyssey of humanity.

Perfect for anyone who has experienced geographic, cultural, or life transitions —immigrants, expats, digital nomads, career changers, students, or simply those curious about the stories that shape us.

When migration meets mythology, every journey becomes epic. No prior knowledge of Greek myths required — just bring your story and an open heart.
